Job Description: Reliable Driver for Community Support

We are seeking a responsible and safe driver to transport individuals supported by our Clubhouse in Gardner, MA.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, requiring the ability to work morning and afternoon shifts. The successful candidate will adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining a clean driving record.

About the Job:
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules for on-time transportation services
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals served, providing supportive care during transportation

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required, meeting MART Driving Standards
  • Clean driving history, spanning multiple years
