Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for various program services
  • Provide case management, counseling, advocacy, and educational services
  • Leverage agency and community resources to support clients
  • Assess community conditions and identify resource gaps
  • Recommend financial assistance for clients
  • Develop and implement group services as needed
  • Represent the agency in the community and participate in regional or agency-wide committees
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of post-Masters case management experience or related skill level
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
