Job Title: Relationship Banker

Job Summary:
At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure operational excellence and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
  • Bilingual language skills, with Cantonese required.
