Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney/Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and must be a member of the U.S. patent bar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications
  • Partner with our team and in-house teams to develop and execute global IP strategies
  • Draft opinions of counsel
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and perform freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses
  • Provide strategic counseling through client-facing interactions
Requirements
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study and/or relevant experience
  • Must be a member of the U.S. patent bar
  • Patent drafting experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience required
