The Banquet Server will be responsible for executing food and beverage service during events, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing event spaces by arranging table settings, linens, and buffet stations
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently to guests
  • Ensuring glasses are filled and clearing plates as needed
  • Performing cleaning duties and assisting in the breakdown of service areas
  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards throughout the event
  • Maintaining professional grooming and appearance
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Possessing reliable transportation
  • Obtaining necessary certifications such as Food Handlers Card and OLCC

Additional Information:

This position offers flexible hours based on event schedules. Compensation will be determined by experience, with additional earnings from tips.
