As a key member of the enrollment management leadership team, the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission plays a pivotal role in shaping the university's recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing, this individual leads the undergraduate admissions team and is responsible for developing and executing plans to meet new student enrollment goals for freshmen and transfers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 3-5 years of progressive experience in admissions/marketing/recruitment, with 2-3 years of leadership experience in admissions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer software systems quickly are also required.

The Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission will be responsible for:

  • Hiring, training, and managing undergraduate recruitment staff
  • Developing goals for applications, visits, completed applications, and deposited students
  • Collaborating with Marketing and the Vice President of Enrollment Management to create and execute marketing plans
  • Coordinating recruitment travels and other college fairs/programs
  • Working closely with the Department of Athletics and coaches to recruit student-athletes
