Job Title: Sales Associate III

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a bold and energetic experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging your proficiency in sales and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, fashion, and client shopping behaviors to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and store appearance, adhering to Stuart Weitzman's standards.
  • Process shipments, replenish inventory, and complete operational tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and execute personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with management.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
