Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Spurwink Services. As a key member of our Biddeford BHH team, you will work closely with children and families in our catchment area to provide comprehensive care and support.

This is a 32-hour per week position with a competitive hourly rate of $21.00-$27.00, plus opportunities for monthly and quarterly incentives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with a network of providers to ensure the needs of each child are being addressed.
  • Complete intakes, psychosocial assessments, and other intake assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including initial and 90-day plans.
  • Provide regular contact with families and collaborate with providers to ensure ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • BA in a related field.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Savvy computer skills to manage multiple systems.
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record.
