We are on the lookout for a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Operations Coordinator will undertake a range of duties to facilitate communication and coordination between the Production and Sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and scheduling all projects to ensure efficient completion and managing punch lists for job closure.
  • Generating daily progress reports.
  • Maintaining an updated calendar with daily tasks and progress notes.
  • Coordinating crew schedules effectively.
  • Recording daily material and equipment expenses across all branches.
  • Monitoring weekly field overtime hours.
  • Managing barricade orders and associated invoices.
  • Providing updates on completed projects.
  • Coordinating schedules with subcontractors and ensuring follow-up upon job completion.
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance and fleet management.
  • Supporting Project Managers in achieving project milestones.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry is required.
