Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the cultivation of cannabis at Grow Op Farms. The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis cultivation and leadership. The pay for this role is $22-$24/hour and this is a full-time position that requires open availability with at least one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities
• Opens the facility and prepares the work site for employees at the start of operations.
• Closes and secures the facility at the end of day operations.
• Supervises department crew members, including delegating tasks, tracking attendance and breaks, and monitoring production rates.
• Ensures department leads are properly delegating tasks, coaching, and guiding crew members to comply with company standards.
• Regularly checks emails, basecamps, and telegrams to stay informed about announcements, order changes, and updates.
• Evaluates production data to identify high and low performers and works with department leads to coach low performers to reach goals.
• Attends lead and supervisor meetings.
• Ensures machinery and equipment are being used correctly, cleaned, and well-maintained.
• Sends daily end-of-shift reports via basecamp and/or emails.
• Works with other leaders and department leads to pass down instructions and guidance to the next shift clearly and concisely.
• Communicates personnel notes and partners with management to recommend performance/disciplinary action, schedule changes, and/or position changes.
• Conducts employee performance reviews for leads and crew members.
• Informs management to determine labor needs, delegate extra help, or request backup.
• Requests supplies for replenishment.
• Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace and holds crew members accountable for their cleanliness.
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Requirements
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• One (1) year experience in processing or managing a production facility.

Physical Abilities
• Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
• Frequently walk, reach, talk, and hear.
• Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 25 pounds, taste, or smell.
• Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).
