Job Description

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Agile Program Manager to join our team in NW Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale agile programs and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of the program, ensuring that the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. They will also be responsible for guiding and implementing enterprise-level dashboarding and analytics capabilities across a multi-stakeholder program office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the program.
  • Guide and implement enterprise-level dashboarding and analytics capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the management of the program.
  • Ensure that the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.

Requirements:

  • Business Analyst with experience managing large-scale agile programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Expert in governance and policy for Agile delivery within multi-vendor large organizations at scale.
  • Experience with data analysis, data dashboards, and Service-Level Objectives and Indicator definition.
  • Proven competence with project and product management.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain a DHS Suitability clearance.
  • BS degree with 5 years of experience.
