Storage Buy Specialist

Floor & Decor is seeking a skilled Storage Buy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing the storage buy process, ensuring accurate order and inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the storage buy process, including customer communication and order fulfillment
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
