Our multidisciplinary team is engaged in delivering operational support across Systems Engineering, Mission Planning, and Business Operations for various functional mission areas. The team oversees the technical design, operations, mission planning, and business processes throughout the complete lifecycle of tailored customer operations.

The Microelectronics Expert Consultant will:
  • Utilize extensive expertise in microelectronics to advise on national intelligence and strategic matters, particularly in relation to the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Coordination Cell (C3) mission.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in microelectronics design, semiconductor device manufacturing, high-performance computing, and application-specific integrated circuit development.
  • Provide guidance and leverage technical knowledge to assist C3 initiatives in identifying risks and formulating long-term strategies addressing critical areas in manufacturing, development, design, testing, and utilization of microelectronics technologies.
  • Support decision-makers and special projects through planning, producing, coordinating documentation, and delivering presentations.
  • Collaborate with various groups within the classified customer environment to ascertain technical requirements and develop future technology roadmaps and programs.
  • Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and offer technical support for high-performance computing, including innovative approaches such as neuromorphic and quantum computing.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and revision of standard operating procedures to fulfill the requirements of customer stakeholders and mission partners.
  • Possess a background in supporting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workforce development initiatives.
The ideal Microelectronics Expert Consultant will exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrate initiative in managing complex technical projects, and possess a keen interest in learning about the organization's activities and focus areas.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in high-performance computing, semiconductor design and manufacturing, and application-specific integrated circuit development for government clients.
  • A minimum of two (2+) years of experience in engineering-related missions involving cyber operations, communications, supply chain management, military tracking, or deep-sea support.
  • A degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant technical field.
