  • Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective sales presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in retail or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
