What We Provide:

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

  • Delivering personalized care services tailored to each client's needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Supporting clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plans and reporting any changes to nursing staff

Qualifications for Caregivers:

  • At least one year of documented experience in caregiving or home care assistance
  • Relevant professional licensure (if applicable): CNA, HHA, LVN, or RN
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid CPR certification from recognized organizations
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray documentation
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance required
  • HCA Registration (California Home Care Aide) & LiveScan necessary
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as needed
