This position is responsible for handling all wood panel customer complaints and product-related claims directly from our customers. The wood panel customer service specialist will have oral and written correspondence with customers. The person will have the responsibility to handle all claim issues, order entry, order tracking, and aid the customer with any questions pertaining to the order/production process.
