As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of various equipment and ensuring that all ingredients are properly stocked from the delivery area to designated storage locations, including the walk-in cooler.
Your role will involve preparing products to meet customer demands and managing incoming telephone orders effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting inventory checks and completing necessary documentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
- Demonstrating mathematical skills to accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to provide correct monetary change.
- Utilizing verbal and written communication skills to process orders efficiently.
- Exhibiting motor coordination to execute precise movements swiftly and accurately.
- Entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen interface.
- Understanding and delivering clear written instructions.
- Engaging with customers and colleagues to facilitate order processing, both over the phone and in person.
- Delivering products directly to customers' doors and distributing promotional materials.
- Employing navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area, including traversing challenging terrains such as multi-story buildings and private residences while carrying products.
