Clinical Educator II - Nursing Education

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator II to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Clinical Educator II, you will play a critical role in the coordination of orientation for all nursing personnel, representation of CHRISTUS in community activities, and planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing continuing education programs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies through appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.

* Plan and implement educational activities to meet identified learning needs, utilizing adult education principles.

* Develop and utilize appropriate evaluative systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.

* Promote collaborative relationships among health care professionals.

* Participate in committees, task forces, meetings, and activities to assist in the development of staff, ultimately resulting in improved care.

* Participate in activities that promote professional development through education and other activities that enhance the practice of nursing and education.

**Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree in Nursing

* RN License in the state of employment or compact

* BLS

* Work Schedule: 5 Days - 8 Hours
