About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a member of our Community Support Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, leading clinical quality measures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

This is a full-time position that requires travel throughout Clark County. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a valid driver's license.

The estimated salary for this position is $31.63 per hour, based on industry standards and market conditions in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general nursing care to patients as ordered by providers and manage patient flow issues.
  • Lead clinical quality measures, including patients seen in the clinic and those who require outreach services.
  • Assist in procedures, phone messages, and minor emergencies, demonstrating knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
  • Maintain professional standards, follow treatment policies, and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university and licensure in the State of Washington to practice as a licensed practical nurse.
  • Ability to administer injections/medications, maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification, and complete state-mandated HIV education.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
