As a Front Desk Host at Bowlero Corporation, you will set the tone for every guest who enters our doors. This is not just a part-time job; it's an opportunity to make a lasting impression and provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Be friendly and welcoming to guests in person and over the phone
  • Manage waitlists and ensure seamless communication with team members
  • Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment to guests
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Promptly notify mechanics of any pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate POS systems, computers, and public address systems

What It Takes:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • The ability to meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol

Salary Information:
