GENERAL OVERVIEW:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee the processing and dispatch of sold items, create engaging product listings, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage stock shipping, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Implement inventory management procedures to monitor active listings and securely store pending items.
3. Develop and refresh product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and specifications.
4. Identify high-value merchandise available for sale on the online platform.
5. Verify the functionality or authenticity of items prior to listing, including electronics and jewelry.
6. Capture and present product images in an appealing and informative manner.
7. Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and concerns.
8. Maintain accuracy in both written and verbal communications.
9. Achieve daily posting targets and meet weekly and monthly sales goals set by the Supervisor.
10. Exhibit efficiency, accuracy, and high productivity through effective workload management.
11. Show a willingness to learn new skills and advance within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer and technology applications, particularly Windows Operating Systems (10 or higher) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with online selling platforms and proficiency in Photoshop is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Competence to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience in identifying high-quality and designer brand merchandise.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service and/or retail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
- Capability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects, including furniture and packages, weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
- Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision due to extensive computer use.
