Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TTM Technologies. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality engineering support for our microelectronic business in Syracuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of quality requirements associated with incoming inspection of microelectronic materials and components.
  • Provide training and guidance to incoming inspection personnel on product and process compliance to established requirements and procedures.
  • Support technical decisions and problem-solving with respect to technical requirements.
  • Maintain certifications and approvals for the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) and MIL-PRF-38534 industry standards.
  • Effectively carry out quality activities to provide high-quality products and compliant data items to customers within scheduled dates.
Requirements
  • Ability to gain a working knowledge of microelectronic product requirements (MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, drawings, procedures).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to learn and use various visual/measurement equipment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and make quality decisions without negative impact on others.
  • Experience with computer systems/software: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP system transactions.
Education and Experience

Associates Degree Preferred. 1-2 Years Relevant Experience. Knowledge of quality procedures and ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.

Compensation and Benefits

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $38,303 - $60,543.

An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
