As a Center Medical Specialist at Grifols, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of donors. Your responsibilities will include performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and determining donor suitability. You will also be responsible for building rapport with donors, ensuring confidentiality, and providing education on general health and potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability
  • Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Ensure donor and staff confidentiality
  • Provide donor education regarding general health and potential hazards
  • Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events
  • Assist in employee training and administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program

Requirements
  • Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Current CPR certification required
