Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets in our facilities. This includes dusting and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting. You will also be responsible for collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen, and ensuring the proper disposal of these items.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets in our facilities
  • Dust and wet mop floors, strip and wax, buff, shampoo, extract, and bonnet as needed
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and soiled linen in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols at all times
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs or malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
