Job Overview

At Access Dubuque, we are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by tending automated press equipment. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Set dies in automatic presses using forklifts to move dies and make necessary manual adjustments

• Set material in cradle using spindle and hoist

• Remove banding from material

• Use computer to make set up adjustments

• Operator automatic presses

• Maintain lubrication levels

• Dump scrap hopper

• Quality checks

• Use measurement and inspection tools

• Run sample parts

• Complete required paperwork

Qualifications:

• Maintain safe and clean work environment

• Assist with set-ups

• Forklift certified

• Must pass CRT exam and pass PMA automation training
