- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a relevant nursing role is required.
- Licensure: Must possess an active or pending nursing license.
- Certifications: Current ACLS and BCLS certifications are mandatory, with verification required for any unlinked certifications.
- Skills: Proficiency in Conscious Sedation and IV Start is essential.
- On-Call: One weekday and one weekend per month.
- Flexibility: Willingness to float as needed and adapt to varying staffing situations.
- Shift Details: Shifts may vary between 8-hour and 10-hour formats, with additional days required based on staffing needs.
