2 years of acute care med surg oncology experience required. Outpatient oncology experience preferred.

Active Washington license required; candidates can be in process but must provide application date and estimated issue date.

Certifications:

Chemo certification preferred

Must-Have:

Strong organizational skills and chemo experience

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse with Cynet Health, you will provide care for outpatient oncology patients, including those receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care for outpatient oncology patients, including those receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
  • Performing bone marrow biopsies and supporting infusion needs in collaboration with outpatient MDs.
  • Managing and monitoring various procedures like drains, feeding tubes, PICC/Central lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, and syringe pumps.
  • Accessing and maintaining triple lumen catheters.
  • Floating to other campuses within a 40-mile radius if needed; transportation is the responsibility of the nurse.
  • Completing 40 hours of orientation prior to starting onsite duties.
  • Ensuring compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements, with permissible exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
  • Maintaining references covering one year of employment within the last three years, not necessarily consecutive.
  • Engaging in annual module completion as part of employment duties.
