Pacific Life is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategy and roadmap. As a CIAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting CIAM solutions to support various business line applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CIAM solutions to meet business requirements
- Drive the adoption of enterprise CIAM capabilities across the organization
- Establish reusable integration patterns to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Provide monitoring and support for business applications to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in identity and authentication to ensure Pacific Life remains at the forefront of innovation
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Information Security with a focus on CIAM
- Deep knowledge of IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Proven experience with CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, and Ping Identity
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CIAM project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Information Systems or related field
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
