Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Assistant to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a key member of our secure treatment facility, you will play a vital role in providing overall care and safety for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall safety of living units and day rooms through continuous observation of residents' behavior, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
  • Document behavior and activities in appropriate logs, reports, or records.
  • Attend resident Integrated Care Plan meetings, report and assess treatment progress, and collaborate with clinical team for future treatment goals.
  • Monitor resident compliance with rules and regulations, report violations, and conduct routine safety checks and accurate resident counts.
  • Provide 1:1 supervision of residents in crisis, participate in Residential Therapeutic Community Meetings, and assist Clinical Staff with therapeutic activities on the housing units.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Studies in healthcare, mental health or human services a plus.
