California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated professionals to provide essential ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and adolescents with developmental challenges. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering growth and learning in various environments including home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one ABA services tailored to individual needs.
- Execute behavior intervention strategies effectively.
- Monitor and document the progress and performance of each child.
- Supervise ABA treatment for children with autism in diverse settings.
- Design and implement treatment plans for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid California driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
- Successful completion of TB test.
- Pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting clearance.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are highly sought after.

Compensation and Benefits:Compensation is negotiable, starting at $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, contingent upon experience and educational qualifications.
Gas/Mileage: Reimbursement for travel time between client locations and mileage compensation is provided.
