About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dynamic Labor and Delivery unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year' Nursing experience.
