We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice or policy.
- CPR certification.
