Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid Indiana State SLP License.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.

Requirements
  • A valid Indiana State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
