**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced design leader to oversee our Product Design organization. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of over 30 designers across North America and Europe, supporting a platform of 4+ products and managing both the health of the organization and the quality of design execution across the product suite.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with our cross-functional leaders and customers, overseeing design review processes and outcomes. You will report to the VP of Product Design and represent the Product Design organization in business processes like OKRs, talent review, compensation review, and headcount planning.

**What You Will Do**

You will set the bar for design quality across your products, overseeing design review processes and providing thoughtful feedback. You will also work with Engineering and Product leadership to prioritize design work and design-led initiatives.

Additionally, you will lead an organization of over 30 designers across North America and Europe, growing the organization to meet the business' needs and priorities. The organization includes infrastructure monitoring tools, log management, data observability, and LLM Observability.
