About the Role

Foster Caviness is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, vendors, employees, and visitors, coordinating their visit and providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Function as the liaison between the Farmers Market and outside vendors on behalf of Foster-Caviness, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support the executive team in various administrative functions, including event planning, data gathering, document creation, travel arrangements, and refreshments ordering.
  • Participate in the planning and facilitation of events, ensuring their success and positive impact on our company and community.
  • Run errands and provide administrative support to the executive team, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel in their roles.
  • Manage office supply inventory and ordering, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
