- Analyze patient information to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning and coordination.
- Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate patient response to interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (1 year in a clinical specialty preferred)
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR) certification
