About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Astound Broadband. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential customers to demonstrate products and services
  • Prepare sales information and materials for customers
  • Participate in special sales events and promotions
  • Remain knowledgeable about product and service offerings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed
Education and Certifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus
