Key Responsibilities

As a Software Implementation Specialist at EmergiTel, you will be responsible for delivering application release activities as assigned. This includes completion of all assigned maintenance, support, and development activities, such as service requests, releases, incidents, and problems. You will also be responsible for resolving incident and problem management tasks, updating team knowledge sites and documentation as applicable, and providing operational support as part of the team rotation. Compensation will be based on departmental rates for on-call, after-hours work. Other duties may include updating team documentation and participating in team scrums as required.
