The Project Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing the fiscal aspects of various projects within the organization. This position involves the formulation of financial plans, monitoring expenditures, and managing liquidity. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of financial principles and have a background in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive and precise record of the financial activities of projects from initiation to completion.
- Establish project parameters in financial management software and assess contracts to confirm essential stipulations.
- Examine contracts, purchase orders, and amendments to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in the financial closure and evaluation of all financial activities.
- Keep detailed records of all project-related finances for auditing and taxation purposes.
- Ensure that the financial records of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors are accurate and reconciled.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
