Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to clinical staff in the management of medication orders and dispensing processes.
  • Prepare and compound medications accurately, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders regarding prescription information and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and timely fulfillment of prescriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted pharmacy technician license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
