- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and promote patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general surgical unit or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
