Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on physical therapy techniques and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current licensure and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NY.
  • Current malpractice insurance and a good standing license.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional care and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
