Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology/Calibration Engineer to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing cost-effective equipment and facility engineering solutions for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective equipment and facility engineering solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment and facility upgrades
  • Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on metrology and calibration
  • Excellent knowledge of metrology equipment maintenance and calibration practices
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management structure
  • Advanced skills in MS-Project, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Visio, Power BI, SAP, and MS-Outlook
