Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse crew, ensuring site safety and efficiency are prioritized. You will handle daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Conducting daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance
  • Auditing daily labor and billing reports
  • Ensuring customer needs are met on a daily basis
  • Documenting and resolving customer service or associate issues daily
  • Ensuring all associates adhere to Capstone policies and work rules
  • Holding weekly safety meetings and ensuring associate participation
  • Assisting in managing site and departmental budgets
  • Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements

Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader with at least 3 years of management responsibility in the distribution/transportation fields. Key qualifications include:

  • 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prepare related management reports

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include quarterly and annual bonus incentives, benefits after 30 days, 401K, and PTO.
