Capstone Logistics in Rome, NY is looking to add Warehouse Associates to our Family Dollar Distribution Center.

We are hosting an Open Hiring Event on Monday, 10/7 from 12pm-4pm at the Hampton Inn Rome, 1352 Floyd Ave., Rome, NY 13440.

We offer competitive pay with potential to earn over $900 + paid weekly

These are full-time opportunities on 1st Shift, Tues-Fri, 5am-3pm, (4 / 10 hours days), 2nd Shift, Mon-Thurs, 4pm-2am (4 / 10-hour days) OR 1st Shift WEEKENDS, Sat-Sun-Mon, 5am-5:30pm.

The Opportunity:

  • Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
  • Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn

Requirements:

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  • Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
