Program Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Site Manager at ServiceNet. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with our Program Director to manage our residential program, providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor staff schedules and provide relief coverage as needed to maintain a high level of service delivery.
- Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift to promote professional growth and development.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry, while maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Transport clients to appointments, community events, and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and individual record keeping to maintain accurate records and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals, ensuring that clients receive tailored support to meet their unique needs.
- Administer medications once certified, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Remain current on agency certifications and trainings, ensuring that you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries is highly valued.
- Starting salary of $18.57-$19.53/hr, with a $1.00 wage differential for MAP certification.
- Paid orientation and trainings to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
