The estimated annual salary for this role is $39,808 to $48,160, depending on location and experience. As a Client Services Representative, you will act as a liaison between registered representatives and their clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to registered representatives, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing materials for client meetings.
  • Aiding registered representatives in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, reports, etc. for registered representative presentations and appointments with clients.
  • Preparing and completing client paperwork and follow-up tasks to support registered representatives.
  • Spending time with clients on the phone, via virtual visits, and in person to ensure client service level needs are met.
  • Organizing client events and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintaining client records and retention management within corporate requirements.
  • Conducting proactive outreach to clients and registered representatives on time-sensitive activities (e.g., RMDs, Clients' Quarterly/Annual Reviews).
  • Assuming ownership of inquiries and requests; communicating with internal Cetera departments to ensure clients' expectations for timely service delivery are met.
  • Educating clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology.
  • Completing required corporate training on new technologies and following implementation guidelines.
  • Maintaining compliance guidelines, client communication notes in AdviceWorks/SmartWorks and Redtail while following Cetera standards in a timely manner.
  • Working with Advisors through weekly meetings to help maintain Advisors Business Plan process, tasks, marketing, and client communication expectations and follow-up processes.
