Clark Davis Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of disruptions. You will collaborate with various departments to assess risks, conduct impact analyses, and design recovery strategies that safeguard our critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats to the organization and evaluate their potential impacts on operations.
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring they are effective, current, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
* Organize and facilitate regular testing of recovery plans through simulations and tabletop exercises, analyzing outcomes and making necessary improvements.
* Maintain detailed documentation of all recovery plans, procedures, and processes, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for all stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for employees to enhance awareness of disaster recovery and business continuity protocols.
* Work closely with IT, facilities management, and other departments to ensure the integration of recovery plans into the overall business strategy.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices in disaster recovery and business continuity, recommending improvements and updates to organizational plans.
* Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives, including risk assessments, plan effectiveness, and training progress.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, CRISC) are a plus.
* 3+ years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, or risk management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in business continuity and disaster recovery software/tools.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to business continuity.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
