  • Preliminary Liens and Joint Check Agreements: Review and track all preliminary lien notices and joint check agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Insurance and Licensing: Collect and maintain records of insurance and licensing for all subcontractors, ensuring compliance prior to project commencement.
  • Payment Application Processing: Collect and review subcontractor payment applications for accuracy, disbursing funds while ensuring compliance with all supporting documentation.
  • General Invoice Processing: Review general invoices and match them with Vendor Purchase Orders when applicable.
  • Subcontractor Relationships: Foster positive relationships with subcontractor representatives, addressing any accounting or administrative issues that may arise.
