Position Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact between Operations, Logistics, the Laboratory, and Engineering to ensure precise inventory reporting both in the field and within the ERP system.
  • Maintain detailed packaging records for multiple products.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of finished product inventory.
  • Verify that packaging logs are accurately completed by Operations and submitted, ensuring alignment with ERP system quantities.
  • Ensure that product quantities in the ERP system correspond with production order counts.
  • Identify and track down discrepancies in unrestricted lots within the ERP system.
  • Provide inventory availability reports to Logistics Coordinators for outbound shipments.
  • Act as a liaison between Accounting and Logistics to resolve any discrepancies during month-end closing.
  • Monitor and account for pallets utilized in product shipments for month-end inventory reconciliation.
  • Generate month-end reports for all products and prepare final inventory roll-forward documentation for the Accounting department.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders involved in month-end closing to ensure accuracy of reported quantities.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions in the ERP system for Logistics team requirements.
  • Process goods receipts and issues in the ERP system for finished product transactions.
  • Provide backup support to Logistics Coordinators for inbound and outbound shipments.

QualificationsExperience
  • A minimum of 3 years in inventory management, sales, or a related logistics role.
Education
  • A bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a high school diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
